Aspen is very soft spoken. He doesn't say much, and when he does it is usually quietly so only those in close proximity to him can hear. His posture is typically closed, and he comes off as not being interested in coversation. He does appreciate when someone chooses to approach him to talk to him; when this happens, they'll quickly learn that he's not as quiet as he appears. His sense of humour is strange, and it usually catches people off guard.

Aspen does not like being touched. He doesn't give hugs to just anyone, and is reluctant to even with those close to him. In tight spaces, he gets easily uncomfortable, and he will try to escape and avoid crowds at all costs. He doesn't like any physical contact, and will flinch if someone so much as puts their hand on his shoulder. A good way of telling how close he is with someone is observing his body language towards them. If he is more open than usual, speaks slightly louder, or doesn't shy away from an arm bump or two, it is safe to say that he feels very comfortable around that particular individual.
