Treasury is a monitor supervisor from eastern media. He was promoted to supervisor when the previous supervisor Scanner was intended to leave on retirement. However just as Treasury was gifts his collar Scanner rescinded his retirement notice, stating it was to watch over his newly verified courier son to make sure he's alright working. Treasury was of course angry at this but there was not much he could do, he currently works as a co-supervisor with Scanner and helps watch over Scanner's son Debt with his assistant Envy.

Greed is a golden eagle from the Carnivora colony. He has always aimed for the top, wanting to achieve everything he could, wanting everything he could get his claws on. When he started work as a monitor assistant in Eastern media he heard word of some citizens in the colony wanting to become verified as well. He took his chance and helped them with verification, his work of helping verify the unverified caught the eyes of higher up monitors and quickly helped him climb the ranks. Greed realizing that him helping create more workers for media was giving him more perks, stretched his reach outside the colony. He began helping the general unverified population become verified, raising his reputation with the unverified and verified. While these may be acts of kindness all he does is for his own personal greed and want for everything he can possibly obtain. When the council was assassinated by the shadow advisor Greed's attention turned to the council position, realizing there was a chance he could achieve that- he increased his work, his eyes set upon achieving the most anyone could.
