Scattered Scraps of Paper was a young Slugcat of slightly below-average size. They had a pitch black coat of short, dense fur with some patches of slightly longer fur in certain areas, such as around their legs and tail. They had blank white eyes and a white nose. Their ears were larger and wider than average and, unlike most other Slugcats, they had a second pair of smaller ears positioned below their first.
