Data is a 4th Command Control. He’s always been suspicious of his job, but doesn’t want to dive into it in fear of what he’d find. He follows the rules loosely and tries to pick fights with escapee wardroids.

When the rebellion came, he wasn’t surprised. He was confused the top didn’t want to do anything, according to Info. He and Dream somewhat half-assed protecting themselves, but deemed it worthless to try. After all, the top didn’t want to defend, why should they?
