- He has long eyelashes, and red markings around his eyes that accent his eyelashes. It looks a lot like eyeliner on the top part.
- The ref shows brown on the inside of his ears, they're actually white tufts of fur, like in the chibi in the post.
- He's not only barefoot technically, with toes sticking out of his socks, but he wears thigh highs. Above his thigh highs is pure skin.
- His eyebrows are circular dots, not regular full sized eyebrows!
- He has fangs.

There's three words that describe everything you need to know about Hibiki: pretty, but stupid. He's got an intensely airhead attitude, often not really catching onto jokes, sarcasm, innuendos or sometimes even what it seems like, blatantly ignoring or not hearing jabs and rude remarks. He also is rather conceited, knowing he's quite beautiful and has absolutely no shame embracing this; not that that seems weird to him. His species is known for that sort of narcissism after all.
Despite these glaring faults, he's actually rather sweet and loving. He adores affection, and though he does want to be on the receiving end 99% of the time, he also won't back down from showing it. He's open and honest, not holding back how things really make him feel.
bio;
Hibiki is part of a race of fox demons, known to be hunted like many other species that aren't human. And like those other species, they've gone into hiding to avoid death. He isn't scared or suspicious of humans though, as it seems measures have been taken to save them. His fears instead lie in his past. In his mid teens, he was put into an arranged marriage with a very high ranking clan. He married the girl, and together they had a daughter. It'd have been a joyous occasion, had his wife not died in childbirth.
Hibiki catches wind of her family's plan; they were afraid he'd try to take the power, prestige and riches from her family due to being her husband, and decided it'd be best to murder him and raise the daughter into their perfect next clan leader. And no pesky father to get other ideas in her head. In fear of his life, but loving his daughter immensely, he took the newborn and fled into the night.
With his big brother in tow, the three now wander aimlessly, looking for a safe place to settle. Originally, they lived with the clans just outside the cusp of the Xilenn kingdom.

- He's a potion maker, incredibly interested in beauty and health. He knows how to make concoctions to take care of your skin, hair, fur, you name it! Lotions, liquids, powders, teas, he can do it! It's a self-taught skill he's quite proud of, and probably his only redeeming quality that's a skill.
- He's 100% aware of his beauty, and isn't afraid to show this off. In fact, he basically expects praise and attention from those around him. His fur is especially soft, and he loves when people take note of that.
notable relationships;
- Dante: A nobleman he meets while on the run. Dante and his sister are looking for a cure for her mysterious illness, and due to Hibiki's skills, decide to stick around him. Hibiki is drawn to Dante's soft, charismatic personality, which is bolstered by his leadership. Dante has no troubles admitting Hibiki's beauty and constantly grooming him- not realizing Hibiki is a boy. Somehow once he learns Hibiki's gender, that didn't matter to him, and the realization that there was attraction between them grew obvious. Eventually, their relationship does turn romantic.
- Shinobu: Hibiki's darling daughter. She's but a small child, a toddler, but the girl has her own personality for sure. She's a stubborn one, though thankfully not too energetic or loud. The girl is used to being imaginative, considering they're never in one spot and thus she doesn't have many possessions. Hibiki dotes on the girl, and showers her in physical and verbal praise. She's incredibly attached to him, and never seen very far from his side.
