Personality: an ex-thief trying to straighten out her path in life before it’s too late. not doing very good at it. tons of charisma and always has something to say. a bit of a loud mouth, but sneaky, and keeps her cards to her chest. Incredibly sharp, and very perceptive, but easily gets caught up in the moment. 

Story: Gingersnap was once a one of a pair of very prolific con-artists, with a number of ill begotten goods to their name and successful schemes under their belt. 

Things fell apart during their very last job. The two of them had hatched an elaborate long-con to marry an undercover Gingersnap to an incredibly rich and somewhat gullible harpip heiress in order to get at her family's treasured heirloom; when she was none the wiser, they would be off with the money and living the high life.

But, even with all her scheming, the one thing that Ginger could never have saw coming happened: she fell in love with their target. She was charming, and sweet, open, and so, so kind, and when the wedding vows came from Gingersnap's lips they were more honest than she'd thought they'd be.

Unfortunately, the planned betrayal came to light when her partner arrived to follow through a few months later, and in a heartbroken rage the harpip cursed Gingersnap and cast her from her home (and also made her the ultimate divorce man 😔).

Now alone, her new love lost and her old partnership severed, she spends her time running petty, low level schemes and selling snake oil products to keep herself out of the gutter.

Other Details: 

- Used to dream of becoming a defense lawyer; she passed the bar exam but failed the moral character assessment. 

- Still has extensive knowledge of the law because of this.

- Has a major sweet tooth.
