Madame or Mister Tea-Leaf, her real name is unknown. 

 Eccentric, well meaning, generally sweet in an oddball manner. Prone to poetic musings, and will often make up fake sayings or weird metaphors. Strangely, they have the quietest step you will (n)ever hear.

Once a prolific thief for hire, Tea-Leaf stole anything for anyone with the money to afford the services. After a mission gone wrong, she was indisposed during her recovery time and met the harpip who gifted her her wings. From him she learned the joys of brewing teas, and once he left she stayed in his shop in his stead. With the magic words, though, she’ll brew you something… off the menu.
