Rosemary

Rosemary Yuzuki Lightsplitter is Clove’s mother and the current leader of the magical world’s Wizard Council. A warm, cheerful woman with distractingly infectious charm. Clove admires her and wants to make her proud, but she barely knows him. She loves him, but she's focused on her position, reputation, and duties, which has the unfortunate side effect of her often only showing up to be disappointed in Clove. The main antagonist of Arc 2 and truly “brainless”; seems smart, but is far from as capable as she tries to appear and will not be found out.
