Jubilee used to be a gambler but later on worked as a front desk worker in Lotus Academy. She lives with her wife and child just in a simple, happy life.
Jubilee is quite affectionate, kind, and very emotional. She is quite lucky, so lucky that she got banned from several casinos just because people thinks that she's "cheating". Although she somewhat misses the high-stakes life, she rather have a simple, happy life. She's willing to protect her family at all costs, no matter what.
