Profile

  • Name: Evune Tavriel
    • Her family usually calls her Evie, as do close friends.
    • As a reference to the default character, I made her surname Tavriel because 1) "Tav" and 2) it sounds elfy. Her bard troupe usually calls her Tav.
  • Age: 143
  • Height: 5'7"
  • Pronouns: She / Her
  • Orientation: Bisexual
  • Origin: Custom (Sage)
  • Race: Drow (Seldarine)
  • Class: Bard 11 (College of Lore) / Cleric of Eilistraee 1 (Knowledge Domain)
    • Her instrument of choice is a lyre.
    • I dipped cleric mostly for flavor, though it's nice to have some extra buffs and utility spells! Knowledge isn't technically an Eilistraee do
  • Romance: Gale Dekarios
  • Personality:
    • Area bard is very done with her increasingly bizarre circumstances.
    • She's a genuinely good person and usually tries to do what she can to help people. With the refugees, for example, she doesn't accept payment, but if someone can afford it, she certainly won't turn it down.
    • She's extremely interested in history, religion, and arcane matters, and the music she composes often deals with one or more of those three. She and Gale will probably never leave the library.
      • Gale is a better lanceboard player than she is but she still enjoys the game.
      • She adores dancing, singing, and playing her lyre, but she's perfectly happy doing those things with her family instead of in front of a crowd. She was with a traveling bard troupe for a few years before the events of BG3, however, and made a name for herself.
    • She's smart enough to know when to hold her tongue and rarely comments about Mystra, but she absolutely hates her after everything.
  • Trivia:
    • She was a Draconic Sorcerer (Blue / Lighting) in Early Access! I overlapped too much with Gale, though, and wanted him along constantly, so I changed her to a bard and absolutely loved it.
    • In my dreams, she romances Raphael... I love that bastard, I'm so sorry.
    • She and Daphne are half-sisters, though Evie is older by 50-100 years. Evie's father is a sage (which is where Evie got her bookworm tendencies) and her mother, whom she shares with Daphne, is a Sword Dancer of Eilistraee (which is how Evie became a follower of Eilistraee). Her parents split amicably when Evie was already an adult, and a few years later, her mother had a daughter with a noble from Baldur's Gate. Evie didn't resent her for it and was interested in her new sibling, though she wasn't able to visit often. She wrote whenever she could, though.
      • Evie is close with both of her parents. She sees her mother more than her father because both she and her mother travel a lot and try to meet up when possible, whereas her father tends to stay close to home.
      • She's met Daphne's father and thinks he's a good man. They're on good terms and Evie will usually send him a letter when her bard troupe is in the area.
      • She and Daphne began to grow closer properly when Daphne was an adult and a fully-fledged druid. They were together when they were abducted by Mindflayers.
