A star that fell from the sky and into Village Port. He seems to have lost most of his memories, but does know his mother was captured by the Clockman. He joins Mimosa and Whitetip on a journey to stop Dock from freezing all the time in Timesea, but things may go wrong from here...

It's believed that he and Mother Goose are possibly related, but that itself is a mystery.

• Twinkle is star-shaped, since he is based on a nursery rhyme. He has an extra, thinner star on his back.
• He is mouthless
• Also he is a child. Please draw him as such.
