Andrew’s Notes (Unfezant): "Having reached the peak of evolution, Static combines strength and guile into a finely honed weapon no enemy wants turned against them. She's come a long way from the proud, scrappy little thing she was - and in some ways, hasn't changed at all. Her fine control and accuracy with the electricity she generates is now used to power her muscles and give a boost to both strength and stamina. Where once Static would have used the arcing electricity on her body as a flashy show and not much else, now everything is lethally economized."
Andrew’s Notes (Tranquill): “Evolution has only served to bolster Static’s scrappy personality even as it tempered her pride, and seems to have awoken a strong desire for extended flight as well. She’s given her smaller teammates plenty of rides as a strength training exercise, and even ‘tried’ carrying me once or twice as a joke. That was pretty great.”
Andrew’s Notes (Pidove): “Static’s a very proud Pokémon, always preening and making sure to look her best. Preening is also how she generates static electricity, which is really cool, so I suppose it makes sense. Also, she’s impressively good at not getting dirty in battle, but when it does happen oh BOY does Static get mad. It’s like watching Anger Point go off, it’s kinda scary.”
