Perses is a Shroob-like being living on Shroob Island with their family. They have a tendency to explore the island and watch the horizon.

Perses is the result of a human infant being experimented on with Shroob Spores, with the addition of technology to keep it from falling apart and the risk of death. A lot of such ended up stunting its growth to a point where it can often be absent minded, and still has the mind of a little kid.
