Electric Soldier is a Porygon Z and a member of Untitled 5. he is highly unstable, and not to be trusted. he'll change his type to be electric, causing him to skew into a split personality. the blue is the more rational one, and the red one is insane as ever. both act differently, but the one that's tangible and talking will be lit up.
