Blossomkit was one of Cloudstar's littermates and the weakest of her litter. She was very small compared to her brothers and didn't grow as fast as them. 

Blossomkit and her brothers were born during leafbare. Blossomkit's body had trouble properly regulating her body temperature and she died in her sleep from hypothermia when she was 4 moons old.

- Blossomkit was seriously considering asking to be trained as a medicine cat instead of a warrior when she died

- Blossomkit ended up becoming one of Cloudstar's most frequent Starclan guides and messenger after her death.

- Blossomkit gave Cloudstar one of his nine lives. Her life was courage, "with this life I give you courage, use it to follow your heart and do what you believe is right".

- Blossomkit is the one who showed Cloudstar the way to the Dark Forest when he went to try and help Sparkpaw.
