Pico is a mischevious personification of a summer time spirit. Shes peaks a couple months year to wreak havok in the form of pranks on her caretakers and friends as well to enjoy her time outside while she can. Her existance fades a bit throughout the rest of the year but is still fully visible to the other season spirits. She practically lives in the water despite being associated with cats. Summer time is her season and the sea is her domain.
