The tallest and oldest of Piper's group, and absolutely the voice of reason to them all. Having originally met Piper through Winston, he was also introduced to Eddie and Rob through Pipkin.
A gentle soul, Felicks enjoys collecting stuffed animals, kite flying, and star gazing. This was discovered quickly by the GC kids when he joined and he quickly became a favorite of Pete and Andy.
He and Winston went on the run during the war, their parents having been captured already. The pair made it across, though Winston doesn't remember much of their time overseas.
Felicks was skeptical of Piper at first, but the little spitfire grew on him and he started to treat him as a little brother.
Being a master of disguise, he's been helping the grocery thieves snag some extra food without being identified, not to mention he's GREAT at making costumes come Halloween time.
