Lore

He is from a group of deer who have it in their culture to grow and nurture mosses and flowers on their antlers, hence his nickname. Specifically, his village grows dark-green moss and hanging purple flowers. He's shy, and will try his best to help anyone he can. He's relatively strong compared to others in this universe, and combined with his village's good reputation, he is well loved everywhere he goes. He is part of the Guild of the Moon as a watchmen, with other common Guild jobs being security guards and nighttime vigilantes. The Guild of the Moon's uniform code requires their members to wear light to dark blue, embroidered with silver thread and covered in silver stars. Their uniforms tend to be elaborate and fancy, and covered with pins given out by the Guild. Garden deer here also wears a metal pendant in the shape of the flowers he nurtures on his antlers, as a keepsake from the village he grew up in.

Design notes: Always wears very fancy clothes, being light to dark blue with silver embroidery and stars, as well as his pendant. If you're doing art for him I'd love it if you could design your own clothes, as unfortunately I'm not very good at making fancy clothing.
