Trivia

• Like his father, Ferenan could and would steal energy (an energy "vampire"), though at this stage in life this skill is still not mastered, which could result in not absorbing correctly from a target, leading to fatality if the power is essential to the target's life.
• And by knowing this from his father, he understood his power as being "evil" and because of that he will abstain from using it for as long as he can.
• Also because robbing power from others could upset his mother, even though it's just his assumption so far.
• For now will eat "normal foods" even though eventually those won't be enough to nurture him.
• Is hard on himself despite his young age that he must achieve, somehow, all of his father's expectations as a prince and the heir to the kingdom. So felt the harsh judgement on his first decision to not consume power, his primary source of food, causing a rift even bigger between him and Hanodim.
• He may turn to his mother for comfort and support, seeking reassurance through simple conversations and hugs. Might seem clingy to her since she is the only one to show him affection, yet doesn't know how to react when his half brothers need her presence as well. Might be jealous? Idk, doesn't know how to show this yet.
• Whenever he is alone (specially back at home) might engage in private reflection to process his thoughts and emotions. This helps him explore his feelings and make sense of things. Though this makes him often feel isolated or lonely, which leads to even introspection.
• He might have a longing for a father figure in his life, which could impact future relationships and decision-making as an adult.

Design Notes

• In comparison with his father, Ferenan is a more slender peryton due to his mother's genetics. His colors are way more vibrant as well.
• His slender form might as well be caused by his fasting on the power he should be consuming.
• His peryton-sphinx side of the family is known to live for millenia and as such ages slowly.
• His expressions are often softer and definitely would look not threatening in comparison to his father. Mimics his mother's demeanor in most aspects, strives for the acceptance of his peers.
