Abaddon is generally reserved, and doesn't talk much if at all. Built as a machine of death, all it knows really is to kill any oppositions to the Shroobs.
Consider it like the Shroobs appointed 'Grim Reaper.'

Abaddon was built as one of the first of many war machines made to mimic the humanoid appearance of this planet and have the power to tarnish such for the Shroobs domination.
