Kleos the Errant

Kleos is a dishonored gladium, former Blood Legion Sentinel. He ran from a Branded attack that nearly wiped out his warband, and wiped an accompanying Iron warband that his brother's mate, Talan, was apart of. Kleos's brother--Sam--took the news hard, and they haven't talked since. Even Sam's children, Hazel, Thlayli and Thane, never kept contact.

In order to try and redeem himself, Kleos turned to learning how to channel the Mists, hoping that a stronger battle prowess would make him a better soldier. 

His plan backfired, and his body was possessed by a powerful spirit. 

For a time, he was Orus Mistroar, a Flame Centurion who had died in battle following the Searing. Orus was disgusted at the current state of the four Legions; he resolved to take the title of Khan-Ur, but in order to do so he needed his own army. His first recruit, who happened to be working with an Ash agent he'd injured, was able to destroy Orus' spirit in the Mists and return Kleos to his body. 

Kleos can still feel a remnant of Orus clinging to his own soul, too weak and nearly gone, but enough to put him at unease. Enough to make him wary of his own actions and feelings.

He hasn't been sure of what to do with himself since. He's since returned the Citadel after appealing his dishonored status, reconnected with an old spark, and searched for a means to return to having purpose.
