Design Notes;
- He's 5'11"!
- The two parts of Aira's hair are not only two different colors, but also two different textures! The blonde side is straight and choppy, while the pink side is curly and poofy.
- In the same vein, her eyes are two different shapes. Her right eye is sharp with two defined upper eyelashes. Her left eye is round with two defined lower eyelashes.
- Being an android, Aira's metal plating has many visible seams that are mostly hidden beneath clothing.
- Rather than ears, Aira has blue headphones a la Quote and Curly Brace from Cave Story! These don't have a bridge to go over his head--instead, they just kinda magnetize to where her ears would be. Like several other elements of his design, these are mismatched.
- He's wearing two different shoes. Are you seeing a pattern yet?
Trivia;
- Aira's AI was derived from the brains of two humans--Aiyuki Minamimoto and Kagura Kitagawa. The two, at the time of study, were a young couple who were chosen to be studied because of their opposing temperaments. Aiyuki was meek, but charismatic and people-pleasing, and Kagura was a silent beauty with a delinquent streak. Aira has never met these two, and is currently unaware of their status.
- Has two voice banks that speak at once! These voice banks are also derived from Aiyuki and Kagura. As such, he has two CVs: Christian Banas (Aiyuki) and Amber Lee Connors (Kagura).
- Rather than having internal monologue, Aira has internal dialogue. The two parts of his AI are stored in different chips and they can talk to each other/send each other data back and forth!
- Can do some human functions, but not others. For example, she can eat and blush, but she can't cry or sneeze.
- Functions like a Steven Universe fusion.
