history (?): born from a kindergarten on a homeworld planet as an off-color, bluebird was more or less set up for failure!! >:"^Dc after being inspected by a peridot and deemed as worthless, he was to be sent to be shattered. however,, before this could happen,, another gem, angelite- who frequently managed homeworld kindergartens- rescued him,, and the two escaped to earth on a small pod.
here,, the two of them developed a sort of older sister/younger brother bond, and grew closer!! by the time they arrived on earth, they were nearly inseparable. soon after,, the two of them were recruited into a faction of the crystal gems,, which,, at the time,, was led by a milky quartz.

bluebird was likely shattered in a later battle with homeworld,, due to his gems soft nature,, >3""^(
