Protecting his family from evil spirits, he did not understand how the legend of the protector of the entire forest was entrenched in him.
Kyotaro caught anyone who was a danger to his family. Trying to protect his loved ones, he unknowingly helped people who could now cross the forest without fear.

The strong threads of his net are woven by an old spider spirit.

- Has a raspy tired voice. Talks rarely and only if prompted by someone's mistake or discussion.
- Behaves more as an animal even when being in a humanoid form.
- Knows where to find precious materials and brings it if asked to.
- Eyes is not seen in humanoid form. Has dark marks around his eyes, it's not a shadow.
- As an animal fully behaves as an old lazy badger, which is his true form.
