The name is Atlas Sirius
I’m a hired cosmonaut and currently only work on fixing problems around the ship due to my engineering experience and knowledge. I had always wanted to be a cosmonaut just like my father, before he disappeared on Polus to test out if it’s habitable when I was 16 y.o. Scientists nor anybody has figured out what has happened to him when his communications were cut off, but I feel like something or someone had taken his body away. My reason for this is due to the fact I heard an alien mumble heard in the background not too far but it was low enough to not be heard.
I was heading exactly to that location after a group was sent there to check if my fathers body was anywhere near but there were no signs of him, I guess you could call it safe everytime you walk near a hole that is underground there would be life forms detected within. It was quite ridiculous that the higher-ups would still consider it “safe” since no attacks have happened for at least a while, I say “at least” as to say 3-5 people were found dead in different places 1 month ago. This planet isn’t safe.
I was only heading to Polus to fix some problems with the reactor and the electricity malfunctioning. I would have disagreed but I only did it to find some clues of my father’s disappearance, and I have the feeling that the life forms underground have to be the cause. It’s not only because they were never seen outside but they’re also quite impulsively aggressive towards anything going under there.
I may have missed a detail of my father's disappearance but… I may have seen some blood on the ground after the main camera on his helmet turned on within only 5 mins
