an oc for a labyrinth roleplay. sort of an enigamtic, reclusive weirdo who doesn't understand much about social cues or other people. very quiet. can create halo-like rings that vary in size, and can burst into flames. weak to water.

They are very oblivious to this and think they are the most normal person ever. Rarely shows emotion in a physical way, simply because they don't know how.
history
I. early childhood
Azazel "spawned' in a very small, heavily christian town on christmas eve as a young angelic monster. Taking this as some sort of sign of their good faith, the humans took in azzy and they became something of a religious figurehead of the town, being worshipped. They were never treated as a person or child due to this, and for the most part were on their own and had no friends.
II. young adulthood
As Azazel grew up, the people of the town started caring about them less and less as they really brought nothing to the citizens. No miracles, no signs from dieties. They were just a monster. Azzy became even more reclusive, but didn't seem to mind the solitude. They lived on the outskirts of the town, and their presence was mostly ignored.
III. the labyrinth
Around the age of 20, Azzy was abducted by humans and taken to a labyrinth of challenges and puzzles with several other monsters. Their fate remains unknown.

Ras
Friend
Azzy's best and arguably only friend in the labyrinth. They became close as they were both celestial monsters and Azzy was the only one who understood Ras's native language. They care deeply for Ras and feel inclined to look after them. Willing to lay down their life for the other, which they eventually did.
so simple it seemed.
