Charles "Charlie" McCall is the older brother of Dylan McCall and currently a counselor at "Camp Rohe". Camp Rohe is a camp specialized for kids with superpowers to help them train and control their abilities. Charlie has the power of energy construction that manifests in a bright yellow-orange color. This ability was inherited from his father, who sadly passed away a year before this story takes place. Charlie's powers manifested when he was 8 years old, to the surprise of his parents. In the time of this story, he wasn't sure if Dylan would have powers but when Charlie takes him for a 'cross country' summer vacation, he finally tells him about the family heritage.
Charlie was an average, sometimes-lazy teen, until his father died, then he pulled a 180 and became an incredibly serious caretaker to his little brother. Being the only family he has left, Charlie does whatever it takes to protect Dylan.
