Dylan McCall (10 years old) is the younger brother of Charlie McCall and currently a camper at "Camp Rohe". Camp Rohe is a camp specialized for kids with superpowers to help them train and control their abilities. Dylan has the power of energy construction that manifests in a bright yellow color. This ability was inherited from his father, who sadly passed away a year before this story takes place. Dylan didn't know he would have powers but when Charlie takes him for a 'cross country' summer vacation, he is told about the family heritage.
Dylan (or "Dyl" for short) has a nickname, it's "pickle"
Dylan is not used to using his powers and has very little control over them, to the point where it's hard for him to use them.
