Murtaugh (Fae-touched)

All basic information about him is the same. It's just a version used mainly for World of Darkness RPs. Here is he a darkling fae touched from the sea, specifically the deep sea where light doesn't reach. 

Through the mask he is eerily pale, has big eyes resembling endless black pits, long pointy ears and barnacles growing all over his skin. He smells strongly of salt and seaweed and occasionally, after spending a long time in the Hedge, has little bioluminescent spots all over as well as sharp, transparent teeth.

He has a contract that allows him to speak to the sea and make deals with the sea. To him, the sea speaks with a mostly female voice and she speaks scottish gaelic.
