Known Childhood

Flynn arrived on Deldonia at the age of 14, affected by a rift. With high levels of radiation, Flynn was quickly treated with cybernetics. His life before this point is unknown, but based on the clothes he had, It's known that he was taken from a past time period.

Flynn lived the rest of his younger life on Deldonia, and considered it as his homeworld. As a youth with cybernetics replacements, Flynn was put in a program that would allow him to live a normal life. He was assigned a caretaker, attended school, obtained a job, and when he was of age, took pilot lessons and obtained a spaceship.

Space Adventure

Starting at age 22, after obtaining the Jade One. Ends at the black hole encounter at age 34. All the other events inbetween the whole Flynn x Octavia romance plot.

As a Questor and Spaceship captain, Flynn's life has been full of adventure. Exploring far out regions where humans don't tend to fare well in, Flynn created Nightingale. After Nightingale's creation, the rest of the robotic crew of the Jade One is built. He meets Ven after his first crash, out in the outskirts of Deldonia's galactic territory.

He's found treasure, hunted criminals and some mutants, rescued a few planets, take care of some alien children, and shut down some rogue science experiments. Typical Space Adventurer activities.

Octavia & RainDEAD

(skip to the Blackhole chapter if you don't like romance. only partially kidding haha)

Flynn became a Questor shortly after obtaining the Jade One. He joins RainDEAD, the last guild of Questors still connected to the Warpgate Corporation.

Flynn only ever played as Nightingale around those connected with RainDEAD. And as far as the guild is concerned, Nightingale is just a sentient android. With certain laws surrounding sentient android rights, Nightingale takes advantage of this and is allowed as a paid Questor. At this time, Flynn is in his mid 20's. Nightingale works up a reputation as working mostly alone.

Two years later, when Flynn is 27, a certain detective-esque bounty quest takes him to an icy planet. For the previous two years, Nightingale had developed a rivalry with another rookie, a woman named Octavia. Octavia had taken the quest as well. Each pilot their own starships, with Octavia's Anemone 10 ahead of the Jade One. Their competitive rivalry keeps up as normal, and it looks like they'll be unsuccessful.

During the quest, an earthquake strikes, and they lose the subject in the chaos. They become stranded, and are forced to work together to survive. This begins a friendship that so far, neither of them want to admit.

Flynn and Octavia's friendship had slowly progressed through the next year. Flynn is still off masquerading as Nightingale, and faces a conflict. Wether or not he should reveal his human identity. Meanwhile, Octavia had become curious about Nightingale's origins, and discovers Scarlett Eye Tech. (SET is where the crew was built).

Another year passes, with Nightingale and Octavia's friendship developing further. They've began to join eachother on quests more often. Flynn is still trying to keep up Nightingale's personality, but a human side is slowly starting to reveal itself. Meanwhile, Octavia has taken the time to understand how androids work.

Flynn had been successful with keeping up Nightingale's personality for five years. He's still hiding, still conflicted. But the choice is finally made for him when he's wounded. Octavia is scrambling to gather repair tools, and is expecting to see a maze of broken wires. To her surprise, she's met with flesh and blood, merging into cybernetic implants. Octavia takes Flynn back to Deldonia and leaves him at a medical unit. She doesn't visit.

Flynn quickly recovers, and a month later, finds Octavia. He's still wearing the helmet, and their meeting begins in conflict. Flynn takes of the helmet and introduces himself again, this is the first time Octavia sees his face. They decide to part ways from then on.

Six months later, they meet again. Both had taken the same quest. It's awkward at first, but they slowly catch up. By the end of the successful quest, they both confess love. They end up as a couple.

Octavia soon introduces Flynn to Esther, a Kinethian child who Octavia has been tasked with returning to her people. They intent to finish the mission together, but Octavia failed to mention a personal quest, involving time travel. Shortly after meeting again and starting their new life as a couple, Octavia is caught in a rift, later presumed dead.

Blackhole

Flynn leaves RainDEAD and takes Esther in. He promises to finish the mission, and spends two years bonding with Esther. Without a way into the Rathica region, where the Kinethian homeworld is located, Flynn finds a remnant society, originating from the time of the Kinethian Empire. He reluctantly leaves Esther in their care. He is forced to promise that he will never return, and never speak word of this location.

For the second time in his life, Flynn encounters a rift. Flynn began his travel back to Deldonia slowly, with little use of hyperdrive. He had left angry and in grief, anxious to return. It's a silent trip, two days has already passed. Flynn distracted himself, and paid little attention to the navigation. Until the ship's radars pick up on two threats. Pursuing Niiroxian vessels, and the approaching event horizon of a blackhole.

Flynn jumps into action, and without much of a plan, heads straight into the black hole. He doesn't expect much from it, but whatever awaits on the otherside, is better than being a Niiroxian prisoner.

Flynn awakes on Niirum, a pink forested planet. His ship and crew are damaged, warped, but his life saved. He decides that he owes Alex the favor, and follows his new friend on a new adventure.

Locked

Kiran's Time Machine... that name sounds familiar. Didn't Octavia complete quests for a Kiran?

The first component that Flynn helps Alex find is the Niirum component, with its role being the power control. They come across an abandoned facility, a maze of hallways and rooms full of the toxic leftovers of failed science experiments. Not only that, but this maze of a building is crawling with the still active security droids.

Their first mission is successful. In a chaotic mess of escaping droids and avoiding traps of chemicals, they make it out with the component.

For the next year, Flynn helps Alex in searching for the other components. The prototype wormhole generator that Alex uses requires anchors. The anchor for the planet Mizore is located on a planet called Tenaytu, which Flynn has had many trips to. However, Tenaytu is strict with air vehicles, and the Jade One must stay in a specific location, miles and miles away from the anchor location. They end up roadtripping to the location, which allows Alex and Flynn time to bond.

Flynn continues to follow Alex in searching for anchors and components. All until Rowan's betrayal, leading Flynn to follow Alex to the toxic planet of Ozomel.
