“Oda-chan,” he greeted.
“Yoshida,” she growled.
When Jingyi heard a customer call for him, he wasn’t expecting to be witnessing a balancing act. In front of Jingyi, in all his glory, was a scrawny teen holding an obscene amount of medicine, all stacked up on top of each other. That monstrosity looked doomed to fall at any second now.
“Do you want help?” Jingyi offered behind the counter, his voice faltering by the surprise.
The kid didn't seem to mind at all. “I’ve got it!”

That’s how we excused his obsessive hunt for the couple, having been following them all around Kichijoji, into Tokyo central, and inside of the theatre room eleven: the last showing of Rogue One that was playing on a Sunday afternoon. Not necessarily how he preferred to spend his weekend, having seen the movie and having nothing on the sci-fi spin-offs that had been released at the same time– Ah, and yeah. Stalking two people wasn’t on his agenda either.
