Evren Eliyan is a councilor in Elior, tasked with passing rules and special authorizations for high-level meetings with the government officials. He comes from the second most influential family in Elior, and he holds great admiration for his friend, Noel, and the royal family of Elior, particularly Odin, who is a descendant of the faeries.
Unlike most of his friends, Evren grew up in a happy and healthy home life, with no ill feelings towards his parents. He is a bit of an average guy, sociable, and loves being around people. He is a great man at parties and likes to flirt, but he often backs out when things get serious. (does not like the idea of commitment kinda dude)
Evren tends to get into everyone's business and often gets in trouble, but he plays it off as a joke. He tries to provide a sense of comfort for his friends who have gone through unfortunate life events.
He is a big fan of comedy books and shows, often going off on tangents about literary works from Aerania, which he finds fascinating. He likes to drink a bit too much, which gets him in trouble due to his comments.
