He’s a salmonling trying to hide that he’s a salmonling by wearing stuff that hides his features and so wears a lot of baggy clothes to hide it.  But like… He’s kinda just more suspicious-looking because of it. His hair is a mohawk but his beanie makes it plaster to his forehead like bangs.

Personality wise he’s kinda a jock and super lighthearted & happy-go-lucky, but doesn’t know much about urban life or non-salmonids so he generally appears as simply goofy and out-of-place. He’s from salmonid slums and just wanted to go see the big city and make friends and he’s probably into fashion or street vending. But yeah he just has an interest in culture in general and socializing!! I don’t imagine he’s into turf wars or any other player activities at all. He just one day arrives in the city by a sewer drain cover and shenanigans follow him. Soo there’s kind of the silly and poor aspect in him wearing mismatched and random things to disguise himself like the big raincoat, and also personality in accessories he wears :]
