Samhain (pronounced "saa-win"), or Winnie if you're feeling daring, is a very tricky Chowling. She is in charge of a traveling carnival that seems to pop up sporadically throughout the month of October. It's suprisingly huge and well-managed for there only two kids in charge- don't think about it too much, really. At a glance, the carnival is bright and alluring; however, not every guest that enters always leaves... Samhain has been investigated before for these disappearances, but somehow always manages to come out with both her business and reputation unscathed.
