Marley is part of the more experienced gang of surfers that owns much of the turf in Stingbush. From day one they work to thwart all of Tucker’s attempts to surf there, easily beating him in each dust-up. Yet Tucker didn’t give up so easily, and they quickly became rivals.
Often referred to as Gnarly Marley, although the exact definition of "gnarly" varies, in terms of character, Marley Passion certainly is one. He especially is determined to humiliate Tucker every chance he gets in an effort to keep his group's turf. Outside of the surfing game, however, he isn't exactly a popular figure (despite what he'll make you think). While he may attempt to present a cool, charismatic persona, it doesn't well hide his aggressive tendencies and snooty attitude. With his temper as short as the tail of a frog, it’s no wonder he can’t steal a chick from even Tucker.
