PERSONALITY
Léon is not a very social person. He's easily annoyed by people, probably because he spent a long time living alone. People he do like however, he's very protective of those. In both cases, he often ends up doing pretty shitty things to his circle because he don't know how to act normal. It's not that he is not interested in people, it's that he's interested in a scientific kind of way.
He's cynical, even bitter at times. This comes from an upbriging of belittling from his peers and elders.
He can be easily excited and reckless about things that he likes. He loves to talk about his observations. He's also not afraid to experiment on himself if he's too curious.

LEON AND THE ACADEMY

LEON AND FAMILY
Léon is an orphan. He was choosen early on to be Joseph Bodard's apprentice. Academicians usually don't chose nobody kids but Bodard saw potencial in the young Leon. He was not disapointed as Leon had a huge appetite to learn new things about magic and was quicker to learn than other boys his age. Unfortunally it didn't end well. In his thirst for knowledge, the boy became obsessed with the idea of summoning an infèrien even though it's forbidden for such young minds. Without telling anyone, Léon began to write a formula on the floor of his bedroom. An inférien appeared, well too aware that some symboles were missing and that nothing was stoping them from wreaking havoc. Léon would have died that day if Bodard didn't intervene last minute to save the boy and send back the creature to Inferno. It was not, however, enough to save his own life. Léon was left with an immense guilt he would never really overcome.
Léon was placed in another family as a highly traumatized preteen. The De Villiers Family was not kind nor well-meaning as Joseph Bodard was. The pupil who killed his master was getting failry known in the Academy circle and the De Villiers wanted to have a good public image by "rescuing" this dangerous child. Now the son of two strict parents and the brother of two older children, he was treated not as family but as a stranger who has to earn each step he would take in their vicinity. Life was hell.
RELATIONSHIPS
CAMILLE Close Friend
Léon was pretty intrigued by Camille's type of magic at first even though he wasn't a big fan of their "too much" energy. He grew very fond of them. They are different in almost every way that he is and it is really fascinating to him. Camille brings a much needed spark of live in the isolating live of the wizard. They are a very precious friend to him.
SIRIUS ROCHESTER Son
Léon adopted Sirius as an apprentice but he can't deny he see him as his son now. He would do a lot more stupid things than usual for him.
ENRICH KROSSMAN Annoyance
Léon can't stand him. Oh he thinks he's so much better than everyone ! Enrich's the embodiment of everything Léon hates about the Academy. He also hates that he knows deep down that Enrich is a better magician than him.
EUGENE BLANCHARD Old Friend
Once his only friend, now he's a painful memory. Leon hasn't see him in a decade, since he choose to quit the academy and cut all contact with Eugène as a way to keep him safe.
TRIVIA
- He's a picky eater
- his magic glove i oversized wich make it less effective
- He needs reading glasses and his eyes are hyper-sensitive to light due to a failed spell who should have let him see in the dark
