Elwen has a secret. Due to a cursed spell, she almost died at a young age. She was save by a rogue wizard but her body suffered to much to be completly alive. She have to consume a lot of magic energy to compense the loss. The intense magic energy started to change slowly her apparence, most noticably little horns that she hides under a headpieces. 

Due to her condition she has a affinity with spirits and befriend one who was trapped inside a mysterious sword.
