Early life

Born after the war, Softserve reigned from an elite class family on Cybertron. After learning about Softserves frost capabilities, his family enlisted him into the Autobot Academy in hopes to turn him into an elite guard, with the control of ice under his peds. Unfortunately, during that time, Softserve had very little grasp on his abilities to create and manipulate ice. Which ended up with him freezing over fellow peers and causing problems for others around him. This led to him in becoming a loner during his time stationed in the academy, and soon dropped out. Failing to fully complete his training.  

This event spiraled down hill for Softserve, developing PTSD of hurting people he loved dear, while also growing an irrational fear of being abandoned by friends. 

Softserve eventually did return to complete his training after receiving help and having an inhibitor installed for his frost outlier. And while he just barely passed, he ended with himself in becoming apart of the elite guard. Although, not what he intended, he was mainly placed in part of the culinary branch to ensure energon was safe for consumption for the elite officers.

Current

When the elite guard paid the Earth team a visit, Softserve found Earths culinary taste to be unique. It was nothing like Cybertron in the slightest.
He made the choice to stay behind on Earth with the new friends he made during that visit. And as of now, the happy-go ice cream truck lives on Earth in the old, rundown, Sumdac factory with the Autobot team.
