Has a lot of sass and confidence likely from being a bit spoiled growing up.

She's is very adventurous and impossible to keep in one place for long.
Her shell was cracked so she went in search of a new one and managed to buy a real blue shell from a shady merchant.
She was lonely and has asked the merchant for help and he sold her a Chain Chomp capsule which contained Raizor which became her best friend.
Little bit chubby and stubby, but very strong.
Very short fingers.
Has two spots on each cheek and three spots on each elbow and knee and many spots on her tail. (Does not have to be accurate)
Blue streak in her fluffy hair which is in a ponytail.
Her shell is an actual blue shell.
Has spiked collar also worn by her Chain Chomp.
