Fun Notes: Chi-luu rarely speaks but instead preforms. He's very expressive with his face and hands. He does do expressive noises like an old cartoon. A happy squeak or a sad whine. He does have a deep purr when in contact with something he likes. When he chooses to speak it's generally something he can't preform the meaning of. 

Personality and Quirks:

Chi-luu is an interesting being. He's very old but has a bit of a memory block sometimes. He'll have small windows where he remembers things again but it's never the full picture. Only small slices. He's constantly relearning a lot of things about the world like what are books or what are trees etc. He's become very observant and curious about how things work. Leaving him in a room with a radio or tv will only result him into taking them apart and trying to understand it. He'll learn about the batteries/wires/monitor/ lights/ etc but won't be able to connect the concept of radio waves or cable tv programs. There is always something "missing" in his understanding of things. Most of the time its harmless but sometimes he forget social etiquette or norms. Like walking into a bathroom when someone's obviously using it to go brush his teeth. It just doesn't register as weird to or he forgets it's weird. xD He's a very muddled and innocent being!

He has a very childlike innocence and curiosity. He doesn't have a concept of ownership or like morality etc. They are complex to him. He focuses more onto physical objects or puzzles. So he'll takes things apart or start to carry random objects around with him. He loves soft plushies and things that go tick-tok like clocks. He absolutely loves kuu-kuu clocks. He collects random objects or object he likes.
