A unique pokemon that emerged from the eye of thunderdark along with the mysterious trainer Kallik, whom seems to be able to understand the pokemon as though they spoke the same language. 

Kaiser is known as a flash pokemon, which dazzles and generates electricity with muscle contractions, much like the pokemon Shinx. Similarly to a Deino, Kaiser seems to have a biting issue- its thick fur covers its eyes, so it often plays rough with its surroundings to understand where it's going. 

Kaiser is an intelligent pokemon, but its far too sure of itself! With its name sharing meaning to that of an emperor, the young pokemon stares upon the Unmapped Valley as a throne it will soon grow into. Much like its trainer, Kaiser's origins are quite the mystery; having been a lone egg Kallik stumbled upon in the Giant's Grove, it could be anyone's guess what left Kaiser behind.
Its rambunctious personality is paired with refusal to submit to the confines pokeball, which also makes Kaiser a rather interesting target for study. Kallik has discovered other humans quite rude in their advances to catch his partner, but both are confident that this pokemon doesn't belong to anyone!
