Jeremy's Ownership

After purchasing an adopt from me, you may:

• Make minor edits to the adopt without asking me. However, please keep it recognizable.
• Design alternate outfits for the character.
• Resell the design for the price you have purchased it for. You may only sell it for a higher price when there's extra art added (free or gifted art doesn't increade the value).
• Retrade or regift the design.
• Use the design for personal or non-commerical use.
• Show me any content you or others create with my design, I love to see my characters in use!

You may not:

• Claim the design or any art I drew as your own.
• Delete the design off of Toyhouse or make me unable to view the design. 
• Redesign the character to the point of not being recognizable anymore.
• Remove me from the favorites of the design, I like to keep track of my adopts! 
• Use my design for commercial use or anything involving NFTs.
• Use my design to spread harmful or hateful messages or anything similar.
• Ask for a refund. All purchases are final.
