In his prime, he had upward of 8 mates and around 20-25 kits. He came as a rogue in his older days, so he does not know where many of his kits and mates remain.

Mantisleap is laid back and relaxed, yet his presence exudes a quiet strength that commands respect among his clanmates. He's embraced the tranquility of elderhood with open arms; he was once a rogue roaming the forest but knew he needed a safe place to ride out the rest of his days and came to Jayclan.  His calmness is unwavering, even in the face of adversity. He has a knack for diffusing tense situations within the clan, often mediating disputes with a measured and empathetic approach, preferring diplomacy over confrontation. His ability to see beyond immediate conflicts and perceive the underlying reasons behind them is highly valued among the cats. He enjoys spending his days lounging near the clearing, basking in the warmth while sharing tales from the past with anyone who will listen. His stories are a blend of ancient folklore, personal anecdotes, and life lessons. Though he may not actively engage in the day-to-day tasks of the clan, his presence is a cornerstone of stability and serenity. Many seek solace in his company, finding comfort in the wisdom and peace that seem to emanate effortlessly from this seasoned elder.
