Alessa Hannigan - House Tremere

Alessa is a controversial figure among the Camarilla for her very impulsive and reckless nature, however, she provides them with much of the money and resources they require to maintain control of the city and thus demands respect

Even by a vampires standard's she has quite a sadistic streak, she enjoys terrifying and tormenting humans only to use her tremere abilities to wipe their memories after feeding from them (though anyone who knew here before the turn of the 1900s can assure you she used to be much worse)

trivia: 

- has a large permanent burn scar on her shoulder from a battle with (pre-vampire) Edmund

-has an expensive hobby of collecting and restoring old historical weaponry
