A former vampire-hunter, Edmund was sired by Alessa Hannigan in the year 1892. his insider knowledge makes him a valuable asset to the camarilla

many see him as somewhat of a pacifist pushover, but in reality, if the wrong person tests his patience he can easily become a vampires worst nightmare, knowing all the tools of the trade to end their existences in the most excruciatingly painful ways possible, ironically his Tremere vampirism has opened up all new avenues of ways to dispatch both humans and vampires alike (though he will never kill a human unless they are a direct threat to him) 

Trivia: 

He is an excellent forgery artist. He has been forging real-estate documents to maintain legal possession of the same church he owned in his human life for the last 116 years. the heritage-listed building commonly serves as a haven for wayward vampires and he is often recruited by the camarilla to utilise these skills to cover up for other vampires' suspiciously long lifespans
