Matthew
ABOUT
Matthew used to live in the Limbo Layer of Hell in a large group of other Streetcleaners. He ended up leaving this group to pursue his own interests in fixing, and helping other machines. He ended up in the big city in the Lust Layer where he was able to set up a machine repair shop there. He now lives there spending a lot of his time trying to improve the lives of machines.
During the beginning of his shop being set up he met Clare, a husk from the Greed Layer of Hell and ended up working with her to be able to scavenge the valuable items in that layer. Overtime the two grew very close and ended up in a relationship, the two both work and run the machine repair shop now. While they spend a lot of time working on their shop it's something they both enjoy doing.
DESIGN
- The brown diamond part of Matthew's cloak is actually leather and can bend.
- The placement of the red batteries are only on the outer part of his arms.
- He can be drawn in different outfits.

TRIVIA
- Unlike other Streetcleaners, Matthew tends to avoid battles. But he will fight if he needs to.
- Despite the bulky weapons and gear that Matthew has he's still very fast.
- Matthew doesn't go to the "Cyber Grind" often. (A digital simulation where machines mentally train their skills) But Kaylee and Norah have been encouraging him to train more so he doesn't get rusty.
- While not he's bad at the Cyber Grind due to not training in there as much as Kaylee and Norah he's not as good as they are. He's self conscious about that.
- A common trait of Streetcleaners is their enjoyment of fire. Matthew is no different, he tends to have candles around the house as a way to enjoy it without it being destructive.
- Matthew also has a lighter that he keeps with him in his jacket. There's no reason for this besides he likes having it.
- Matthew tends to make a suprised robot beep noise when spooked. He tries really hard not to though.
- Using a "Food Converter" machine put food into soda can shaded batteries he's able to eat and enjoy food like humans can. He uses a USB cable to eat, it's attached on the underside of his head and is normally covered up when not in use.
- He enjoys eating fish, especially smoked salmon on rice. But fish in general is his favorite.
- Matthew never took that much interest in video games until Clare got him a game as a gift. Now he enjoys them and sometimes plays them when relaxing at home. Usually he plays low stress kinds of games.
- Matthew doesn't mind water, he only avoids it if he has his flamethrower with him. He can use his flamethrower in the rain though, just not submerged in water.
- He actually enjoys the rain. It's calming to him.
