Even when evolved into a Togekiss, most of Toshi's distinct features remain, be it their Yoshi-like spots, Focus Sash (which is now tied around the center prong of their head), red striped socks, purple eyes, or freckles.
The Dreamcast shirt they wore as a Togetic unfortunately doesn't fit their body shape anymore, so they now opt to don a Choice Scarf around their neck every so often.
While still a bit meek, they're overall much more confident in themself, stumbling over their words a lot less and handling situations on their own better. Nevertheless, they still have a very, very soft spot for Watt.
