Hastur is the king of the Sunken City, worshipped, adored, and feared by all. He is a cruel ruler who regails himself as a Gob. However, he commonly takes random townsfolk as "pet projects" under his wing to live with him in the castle. While he still expects utmost devotion from them all, he treats these particular goobies with more kindness. He takes a particular liking to Flower, the royal gardener, and Indiana, a loyal devotee. While there are many who adore the king, there are plenty more who fear and hate him. Outside of the city, Hastur has many enemies, such as the necromancer Delphyne. However thanks to his towering stature and terrifying power, no goobie has come close to suceededing in usurping the throne ... for now.
