We MapleClan cats move faster than the leaves can fall.

MapleClan is a group of cats in the (to be named) territory,
Personality Traits
Prideful
Proud, but not arrogant cats. MapleClan takes pride in their clan heritage and their abilities and tend to flex to outsiders how great of a clan they are. They are virtuous and passionate, but they don't belittle one another.
Outgoing
The cats of MapleClan are often very kind and sociable, and great at communicating with cats of other clans. They know the difference between right and wrong and are mainly peaceful and respectful to other cats as well.
Courageous
In battle, they are very fierce, courageous and loyal, thanks to their mighty ThunderClan ancestors. They will fight endlessly for what they believe is right but won't ever kill their enemies to prove their strength.
Appearance description
MapleClan cats are born with a lean and muscular body build. They are designed to run at swift paces and fight for their clan.
It varies from cat to cat, but typically most cats have short and sleek fur for running through the wind.
Most have the sweet scent of maple tree sap, but it still varies from cat to cat.
Strengths
The cats of MapleClan are noted to be strong and swift warriors, their fur short and sleek for dashing through their bushy woodland territory, and their powerful muscles and fighting tactics to win a battle with ease.
Weaknesses
They are not too fond of swimming, unlike their neighbours StreamClan. They almost always fight on land or in the treetops and stay away from water. They are skillful for taking on cats but larger animals such as badgers, foxes and dogs they struggle with.

Territory
MapleClan's territory is a mainly deciduous woodland full of maple trees, with many streams and waterfalls. The only thing separating MapleClan from StreamClan is the large highway and bridge between them. Their territory lies right next to The Bays, although they do not communicate much. In newleaf-early leafbare, there is an abundance of maple leaves on the ground which the cats of MapleClan don't fret about.

Camp
MapleClan's camp is covered with foliage and (in leaf-fall,) fallen leaves, which makes it hard to spot at first glance. The only thing giving it away is the camp entrance. Once you enter the tunnel thats adorned with maple leaves and berries, you'll be greeted with a steep hollow bundled full of cats from MapleClan. In the far left of the camp there is a very large fallen oak tree, and under there is a hole dug which is the leader's den. MapleClan cats tend to accessorize anything they can put their paws on so its not uncommon to see the dens jeweled with berries, herbs, sap--you name it, MapleClan has it all. Most of the dens are burrows in the sides of the camp with lots of rocks and bushes.
Woodplace
Deep in MapleClan territory lies an abandoned, rotting cottage which can easily be found by a hiking trail leading to it. Inside the cottage there is a large shattered mirror the clan cats call "Moonglass", one touch by this mirror will drift you to sleep and you'll wake up in StarClan. Medicine cats and leaders communicate with StarClan through this mirror like the Moonstone or Moonpool in the original territories. Rogues and loners also come frequently but don't stay for long to avoid MapleClan patrols.
Talon's Perch
Not far from MapleClan camp is a tall tree with an enormous, tangled eagle nest that inhabits all sorts of birds of prey. Beneath it, the ground is dented into a hollow which is perfect for training apprentices. It is MapleClan's version of the Sandy Hollow and if any bird is spotted near, MapleClan will chase them out. Sometimes, mentors will allow apprentices to climb up the tree to find bird eggs for the clan. No apprentice should be near Talon's Perch without supervision of a warrior. (YEAHAH THIS IS SUPER DANGEROUS IDK WHY I CHOSE THIS FOR APPRENTICE TRAINING BUT SHHHSHSHh ITS COOL)
Weather
The temperature in MapleClan is usually quite warm but cats can stay cool under the shade of the trees.
Prey
MapleClan's main prey are mice, voles, squirrels, and the occasional rabbit, as well as birds such as starlings, magpies, wood pigeons, blackbirds, and thrushes. And rarely blue jays.
Predators
Black bears, lynxes, foxes and badgers roam MapleClan territory, black bears being the rarest and most docile but are still treated with caution and respect.
History
The 2 clans of the Urban territory are related to the mighty original clans, ThunderClan, and RiverClan. After animal control had captured a number of ThunderClan and RiverClan cats, they were all turned into kittypets and some went to different countries (dont ask me how PLS maybe the owners moved), and the majority of cats had been moved to Canada. The wild borne cats quickly escaped from the twoleg homes and came up with their own ideas; MapleClan, to represent the courageous and heroic ThunderClan, and RiverClan; to represent the clever and graceful RiverClan.
Naming
MapleClan cats are named after their territory, for the maple leaves on every tree they find.

The cats of MapleClan love to wear accessories such as maple leaves, vines, herbs, feathers, and sometimes they lather maple sap on their fur to smell sweet.

Behavior Towards...
Clanmates
MapleClan cats treat each other with the upmost respect and fairness, they value their fellow clanmates over anything else.
Kittypet
MapleClan has not had much interaction with kittypets, but they do treat them with some respect as they believe they are just as alike as clan cats.
Loner
MapleClan does not pay too much attention to loners. They will ask to get off their territory and if not they will resort to combat.
Rogue
MapleClan isn't too fond of rogues, and will chase them off immediately on sight. Due to tensions with a rogue group called The Sturgeons, they are rather quick to snap at rogues alike.
MapleClan has a pretty stable relationship with StarClan, they are aware of MapleClan's ThunderClan ancestry and do not mind heeding them warnings and interacting with them.
Although, MapleClan is usually found coming to StarClan more than them coming to MapleClan. It seems like StarClan doesn't care much about the existence of MapleClan and focuses on the original clans.
MapleClan is very friendly and active with StreamClan, they are always allies in every situation and don't ever pick fights with one another.
Due to both of the clans having such strong roots with each other, it's no surprised they are very connected. StreamClan honors MapleClan for defending them against The Sturgeons and would always pick MapleClan over them in any given situation.
MapleClan does not interact much with The Bays, if not at all. They are on a neutral standpoint with them.
The Bays were here before MapleClan's arrival and made a treaty between the two; to not disturb one another. MapleClan has stayed loyal to this treaty and decide not to talk to The Bays and are very peaceful with one another if they do find themselves talking.
MapleClan absolutely despises The Sturgeons. Even mentioning their name will irritate them. They are stigmatized as disgraceful, sly cats that should be frowned upon.
The Sturgeons are a cunning and savage group of rogues living in the city south of StreamClan, they are nutorious for stealing the clan's prey and unreasonably picking a fight. This as a result made MapleClan and StreamClan turn on them and they are constantly butting heads with The Sturgeons.
