HEALTH & LIFESTYLE

DIET: Annie has a regular diet for a 7 year old, maybe a little poor, but not to bad. Her dislike for most vegetables surprisingly does not effect her overall health, this might be because her obsession with almost any type of fruit. Her diet may not be considered perfectly balanced, but her parents try their best with what little money they have.

EXERCISE: Annie gets most of her exercise from running around and playing outside. She usually doesn’t intentionally try to exercise herself, but gets the benefits from being an energetic child.

SLEEP: Annie usually follows a strict routine that she mostly set herself, and this includes sleeping. Like most children, she also enjoys asking to stay up a little later on occasion, but it will bother her if this schedule breaks too often.

HYGIENE: Annie maintains surprisingly good hygiene for a 7 year old. Perhaps this comes from the strict routine she has set for herself, but it is definitely an important part of her life. Brushing her teeth twice a day, washing her face and paws, cleaning her claws and brushing her fur and long hair is part of her daily ritual. Unlike most children, this daily ritual is more of a soothing method than a chore to her, and it can stir up unnecessary anxiety if not completed.

ADDICTION: Annie currently does not have any addictions.

HISTORY OF PHYSICAL ILLNESS

Besides being on the weaker side, Annie is a considerably healthy young girl. The only defect in her physique is the fact she suffers with asthma, which is usually induced from anxiety, excercise or allergies.

SCARS: The only scar Annie has is a subtle gash on her right shoulder which she got from a rottweiler when she was a toddler, this left her with a fear of most big dogs. She is quite self conscious about her this, which led her to develop a habit of putting her right hand on her shoulder at random times, but most commonly when she is nervous or lying; this is usually a dead giveaway. Annie also has some smaller, less visible scars from the consequences of being a curious kid.

ALLERGY: Annie has a severe shellfish allergy, which is quite ironic due to her being a cat. But this allergy is no joke, and has ended her up in the hospital more than once. She also has a pollen allergy, but this does not stop her from playing outside year ‘round.

INTOLERANCE: Though not allergic, Annie is lactose intolerant, like most cats. However, this does not stop her from consuming dairy, which is probably not the best for her health.

STRENGTHS

Problemsolving is one of Annie's key strengths, even from a younger age she was always into solving something or another. Her skills can range from solving puzzles to problems in her friend group. She's been known as the one to go to if you have an issue of those sorts.

Another one of Annie's prominent strengths is her listening skills, whether you're having a bad day and needs a person to talk to or you just need to ramble about something, she always has time to listen and even give advice sometimes, which has proven quite affective.

WEAKNESSES

Annie has always struggled with conversating and making new friends, and its hard for her to find a reason to do so. Despite how much she loves all her friends she was also quite content without any.

Her perfectionism has also proven quite a challenge for her, always trying to make things exact or else it could upset her and make her overwhelmed.

FLAWS

One of Annie's flaws can be her likeness to being absent-minded, it started as just daydreaming but has started to affect her in situations like during class.

Another one of her flaws can be her dependency on using tattling as a method of defense. She does this often with her brother and he picks on her for it.

HABITS

A negative habit Annie has developed is biting her claws. She does this out of boredom, but predominantly stress.

She also has the habit of chewing on her hair sometimes, this is also usually out of boredom but is quite gross and has caused some split ends.

PET PEEVES

A pet peeve Annie has is being interrupted, which happens often but drives her crazy. She's slowly learning to stop letting this get to her becuase its never going to change.

Her biggest pet peeve is probably uncomfortable or loud noises, like silverware scraping, nails on chalkboard, yelling/screaming, babies crying, etc. These type of things have a negative effect on her mood and especially impact her because of her sensory issues.

WISHES

Annie's biggest wish is for her family to get along. She wants her parents to be together and her brother to be "normal".

Another one of her big wishes is to always be friends with Hattie. Though she doubts they will never not be friends, she still hopes their bond always stays strong.

SECRETS

Her biggest secret is probably her overall family life, and the only one to really know is Hattie.

Another, less dramatic secret is that she still has to use a night light, as many kids her age do, but she does not think this; this lead her to keeping it as a secret.

PHILOSOPHY

Annie's current philosophy is that everyone is deserving of love and second chances. She, being so young, has not ecountered alot of the "real world" in such situations. This lead her to believe everybody deserves these things, when infact, many do not.

ETHICS

Annie has great ethics. For example; if she saw someone drop money she would pick it up and return it to them without the thought of keeping it for herself even crossing her mind. She's always had great ethics, and was brought up with them being inforced. Her mother always made efforts to teach her about how much of a gift it is to have ethics like hers.

HISTORY OF MENTAL ILLNESS

Annie was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at the early age of 4. She was also diagnosed with Anxiety disorder at age 6. These combined together have definitely put obstacles in her day to day life, especially as a child, but she tries her best to not let it get the better of her.

TRIGGERS: Annie has no specific triggers, but bringing up topics of death and such, especially of her loved ones can definitely make her spiral, despite her young age.

PHOBIAS: Annie is still a normal child, and has her silly fears, but thalassophobia (Fear of large, deep bodies of water + what lurks under) has always probably been the most consistent.

DEFENSE MECHANISM: Annie's strongest defense mechanisms are fantasy and repression. She often represses her feelings or situations, but this can sometimes cause negative affects. She also has always been a big "fantasizer", she'll fantasize or daydream about herself being in a different position, or even a completely different world.

THREAT-BASED MINDSET: When in conflict or a threatening position she will usually be the type to freeze, then transition into flight. Situations like these cause her to tense up and freeze, but when she comes to her senses she tries her best to get out of it.

BIRTHPLACE: Annie grew up in a rural, poorer area of louisiana in the early 2000s. She lived in a weathered, small, white house with her mom, older brother and her dad for the entirety of her childhood and teenage years.

ENVIRONMENT: Annie grew up in a quite drab environment, most of her small town seemed quite abandoned and most people who resided there were quite poor. Annie did not see it in this light, and loves where she lived. Living near flourishing, overgrown forests and a with a long, winding creek in her backyard full of wildlife, Annie was perfectly content with where she lived.

OVERALL HISTORY

CHILDHOOD: Annie had, what she would call, a youthful and comforting childhood. This part in her life was when most of her story occurs. After growing up in an unhealthy living environment, with little to no friends, Annie meets her new neighbor, Hattie-Lynn, and they quickly create a strong bond with each other. Whether it be going on adventures, feeding strays, baking pastries, exploring in Annie’s creek, telling secrets in her play house outside, playing with their toys or browsing the early internet on Hattie’s computer, these two always found something to do. Despite not going to the same school, as Annie could not afford such a pristine private school, this did not dwindle their friendship.

ADOLESCENCE: At age 12, disaster struck when Annie discovered that Hattie would be leaving and moving back to her hometown in Japan at the end of the summer. This absolutely shattered Annie, and broke her once lively spirit. Annie and Hattie tried to get through the summer, and live it to its fullest, but it just wouldn’t be the same. After the move, Annie spiraled into a deep depression, and had sunk to the lowest point in her life. Throughout the years, she’d start hanging around the wrong crowd of people, who would influence her into making poor and reckless decisions. Then, at age 15, through a few of her influential friends, Annie met what would become her on-and-off 21 year old boyfriend, Shawn, and was groomed into a relationship with him. This “ relationship “ was extremely unhealthy and abusive and sent Annie down a even deeper spiral.

ADULTHOOD: At age 20, Annie is still in a relationship with her boyfriend, who is now 26. Annie moved in with her boyfriend when she turned 18, and now has not left him since. They used to be on-and-off, but ever since she moved in, she was manipulated into feeling obliged to stay. 20 was also the age in where she reunited with Hattie, but it’s easy to say it wasn’t planned and originally didn’t go as expected.

BEST MEMORY: Annie enjoy most memories she has that feature Hattie, but one of her favorite days she can recollect is when Hattie and Annie got to take a roadtrip to a beach on Lousiana's coast.

WORST MEMORY: Annie tends to try to block out any bad memories she has, and doesn't like to mention any that she remembers.

SHORT-TERM GOALS: Currently, Annie is trying to learn how to improve her baking, and wants to learn how to ride the horses at the barn near her neighborhood.

LONG-TERM GOALS: One of her biggest aspirations is to become a famous artist one day, and to always be the best version of herself.

INTERNAL CONFLICT: Her social anxiety and OCD is definitely something that affects her on the daily, and is quite conflicting and damaging to her self esteem.

EXTERNAL CONFLICT: Some of Annie's external conflicts is her overall relationship with her father and brother, but this doesnt go into much detail.

CURRENT CONCERN: Annie's current concern can sometimes skyrocket, she thinks alot about the future and what happens after death or when she will die, and these thoughts can sometimes send her into a panic.

VERBAL

ACCENT: Annie speaks with a slightly southern undertone in her voice.

VERBAL TIC: Annie is often caught humming when zoning off. She also tends to squeal when excited.

CATCHPHRASE: Annie does not currently have any signature catchphrases.

SPOKEN LANGUAGE: Annie only speaks English, but is learning French in school.

ARTICULATION: When speaking, Annie often talks too quietly or trips over her words when excited.

BREATHING PATTERN: Annie has an overall regular breathing pattern. Although when anxious or having asthma problems, it can speed up and become irregular.

NONVERBAL

BODY MOVEMENT: She is very squirmy, and often doesn’t sit still. She also seems to talk with her hands, especially when explaining things. She says it help her get her point across.

EXPRESSION: Sometimes, her expressions can be hard to read, but other times, she’s like an open book. Usually it’s not intentionally, but other times it is.

EMOTIONAL STATE: She is usually quite calm and reserved, but sometimes when overwhelmed, she can have a meltdown or outburst. Depending on how severe it is, it can cause her to go non verbal for short periods of time.

BODY POSTURE: Annie maintains a surprisingly good posture ; this is due to her parents always being on her about it growing up. She can be seen slouching sometimes, but usually quickly corrects herself.

WALKING STYLE: She walks with a slight skip in her step, giving herself a cheery appearance.

SITTING STYLE: Despite her good posture, sometimes she sits quite oddly or disfigured in her chairs, especially at desks and chairs. This is just more comfortable for her, but she is often judged for it.

SLEEPING STYLE: Along with sitting, she sleeps in quite odd position in which she finds most comfortable, usually stretching or huddle up strangely like a cat.

TALENTS

A talent of Annie's is her hand-eye coordination. With what she does, this doesn't really come in handy, but it would still be considered a talent of hers.

Another one of Annie's other talents is at drawing, despite being 7 she can pick up art extremely quickly and truely has a nick for it. She doesn't share her art often but when she does it is quite astonishing.

SKILLS

One of Annie's prominent skills is in Ballet. She has been doing it since she was little and has always enjoyed it. She has always been going to a beginner class due to her financial status and her mother can't afford anything else.

TRIVIA

Annie always has to have a toy or plushy on her, at all times, and sometimes she will carry around multiple. Nobody knows why this is but she tends to get upset when she doesnt have something she can hold onto.

Annie has a barn a couple acres down from her house, which she always loves to go to. This is where she developed her love for horses. The barn owner also owns a big Old English Sheepdog named Bunny, which she adores.

Annie loves to dress up, it's one of her favorite things ever. Whether she is going out or being a disney princess, the idea of her dressing fancy has always filled her with excitement. Most of these dresses are thrifted or hand-me-downs, but this doesn't seem to bother her, nor ruin the magic.

In Annie's backyard, her family has a small coop of chickens. She absolutely adores all of them and has proven to be quite a farmhand. Her favorite chicken is a hen she affectionately named "Henrietta".

HOBBIES

A hobby that Annie does most often is probably drawing and painting, but she also loves knitting in her free time.

Another one of her hobbies is baking, she loves baking all sorts of sweets, especially for other people. It's another way for her to express her creative talents and its a fun activity her and her mother do together.

ATTITUDE

TOWARDS STRANGER: Annie is known to act quite shyly towards anyone she is not familiar with, but tries her hardest to still be kind.

TOWARDS ACQUAINTANCE: Even if you know her, she will usually still act quite shy around you but still more comfortable, and will often give off a wave or a smile.

TOWARDS FRIENDS: Annie feels very passionately about her friends, and will always embrace them with open arms. They mean the world to her.

TOWARDS FAMILY: Annie has a good relationship with her mother, but is quite iffy with her father due to his absence in her life. She has a rough relationship with her brother.

TOWARDS LOVERS: She will act quite timid and sheepish around anybody she likes, but overall affectionate.

TOWARDS RIVAL: She prefers to not have anybody that she feels the pressure of having to go against, so usually cuts off anybody who seems to act in such a way.
